Shahbon is accredited as a Solicitor and Senior Caseworker and Supervisor according to the Legal Services Commission Accreditation of Immigration Lawyers as well as the Lexcel Accreditation Scheme. Shahbon is a recognised expert in the field of immigration, asylum and nationality law for over 15 years.

Shahbon graduated from De-Monfort University in 2000 obtaining a degree in Law and Public Policy. He then completed the Common Professional  Examination (CPE) in 2004 and then completed his legal practice course [LPC] at the Birmingham City University. Shahbon worked for a number of immigration Consultancies / films and then joined Aman Solicitors in 2007. He secured his training contract and eventually qualified as a solicitor.

He has appeared as an advocate in tribunals and court around the country and also representing and attending client at the home office, prisons and immigration Removal Centers in the UK.

Umar Ahmed Khan
Umar Ahmed KhanBSc Hons - Legal Administrator/ IT Support
Mr. Khan completed his degree from University of South Wales in 2010. He then went on to work in Dubai, U.A.E as a Software Consultant. He later moved to Jeddah, K.S.A to work as an Academic Consultant. Over the years he gained valuable experience as an admin, consultant and caseworker in Social Welfare department at a Community Centre in Birmingham where he was exposed to immigration issues faced by many service users.
Brose Joseph Neeliyara
Brose Joseph NeeliyaraLLB, MBA(HR), GDL - Immigration Paralegal
Brose is an accomplished and results-oriented legal professional with seven years’ experience in protecting client’s rights and providing strategic support to solicitors. Brose has proven track of success in offering legal advice and guidance, collecting and maintaining client’s information privacy, ensuring all legal operations compliance with standards, and achieving business designated goals. He has remarkable acumen in advocacy in India.
Brose completed his degree in Bachelor of Law (LLB) from India and started advocacy in 2002 before the High Court of Kerala, India. Subsequently after five years of legal practice, he flew to the United Kingdom for higher studies and completed Master in Business Administration [MBA(HR)] from University of Wales, Lampeter in 2009 and further completed Graduate Diploma in Law [GDL] from University of Law, Birmingham in 2018.
With the previous experience in Immigration Law, Mr. Brose joined SH Solicitors on 1st April 2019 and assisting clients by preparing their applications under Immigration rules to the Home Office. Furthermore, under the supervision of immigration head, he provides advices to the clients and performing general office duties.
Daniel Clarke
Daniel Clarke LLB (Hons) – Solicitor
Daniel Clarke successfully obtained a 2:1 Law degree LLB (Hons) from Birmingham City University in 2011. During his law degree he had the opportunity to travel to the United States of America and participate in a two month internship where he acquired a range of legal skills. Subsequently after his degree he attended the University of Law to complete his Legal Practice Course in 2013. Daniel has amassed over 6 years’ experience specialising in Immigration and Criminal, private and Legal Aid funded work.
Daniel most recently qualified as a solicitor in May 2018 and now specialises predominately in Immigration and Wills at SH Solicitors. Daniel has a keen interest in client’s cases. He has a passion for advocacy at the Immigration and Asylum Chamber and has gone on to win many Immigration cases at the First Tier Tribunal.
Outside of work Daniel enjoys attending the gym, travelling abroad and has recently participated in Tough Mudder for Cancer Research in August 2019. He is shortly due to enrol on the Notarial Practice Course as his long term goal is to practice as a Notary Public and Solicitor.
JAMILA SALAMImmigration, Family and Human Rights Law
Jamila specialises in immigration, family and human rights law. She is a strong supporter of equality and vehemently challenges injustice. Jamila has a passion for helping those in vulnerable positions such as trafficking or torture victims. She thrives on assisting those who are in need and those seeking refuge and or wish to secure their status in the UK. Her empathetic approach to work propels her to achieve the desired outcome on behalf of her clients.

Jamila has a solid professional immigration background. In her previous position as a Family and Immigration solicitor at Sunrise Solicitors, a London based thriving immigration firm, she would often represent clients fully from point of instruction to representation at Court including the Upper Tribunal. At the Upper Tribunal, she would represent immigration clients whom are appealing against a dismissal from the First Tier Tribunal due to an error of law. Jamila has a successful track record of appeals being allowed both at the First Tier Tribunal and the Upper Tribunal.
She would also often represent family clients at the County Court in private children matters and applications for Non-Molestation and Occupation Orders. Jamila typically deals with overlapping matters in family and immigration such as Section 8 Children Act and Further Leave to Remain applications.
